Many people have dificult to process update HWK into latest version, much trouble on it like “No more upgrade logs” “Connection Closed Gracefull” etc. After latest release new version of HWK to use it we must make update, connect to HWK update server using hwk update tool. without this update process you cant install HWK suite setup and use your HWK.
here step by step to update your HWK to latest version
- Uninstall HWK Support suite first
- Then Uninstall HWK Suite
- Download Latest HWK Support suite Setup (now is version 02.07.00) here or here
- Install HWK Support suite setup
- Run HWK Update client
- Connect your HWK then click Next wait until your hwk detail display
- Click Start HWK Update (make sure u have stable internet connection)*
- After finish update your HWK now Download HWK Suite Setup (now is version 02.07.00) here or from hwk support site (user hwk support suite button on hwk update client)
- Install HWK Support suite setup
- FINISH now u can use your hwk with latest version
repeat process 6,7,9 if u have more than 1 HWK

When i upgrade my HWK v 2.0.7.0 i get “Connection to server failed: Socket Error # 10060″,
Any suggestions how i can avoid this. My internet is ok, becuase im still able to download from it..

But when I install HWK Support Suite v 02.08.000 and update HWK Client. the message shown Error connecting UFS, HWK Login error -01. Is it my Box Problem ? Is the Box duplicate. But the Box serial No. shown 78321. Pls know me how I update my Box.
